Topics Include: 1) Discovering our “Buddha Nature”: If people really knew me, they would really love me. 2) the prayer of forgiveness; 3) the sense of “groundedness” in meditation; 4) the issue of “guidance”; 5) forms of “psychic anguish”: the role of understanding and compassion; 6) walking and standing meditation; 7) understanding compassion for ourselves; 8) deepening our sensory awareness; 9) making progress in walking meditation; 10) the process of breathing: deep breathing and rhythmic breathing; 11) shame, inadequacy, and self criticism.
