Topics Include: 1) Understanding morality and ethics as the foundation of the Buddhist teaching. 2) Recitation of the 25 beautiful mind states: confidence, mindfulness, shame and fear of harm, non-attachment, good will, neutrality of mind, tranquillity, lightness of mind, malleability of mind, wildness of mind, proficiency of mind, rectitude of mind, right speech, right action, right livelihood, compassion, sympathetic joy, and wisdom. 3) Understanding the danger of identifying with these mental states and creating a sense of self 4) Understanding what lead to the arising of moods and mind states.
