Topics Include: 1) The basic foundation of the Dharma teachings on morality and ethics. 2) Understanding our reaction to negative mindstates at the conventional and absolute level. 3) Understanding conditions as the basis of the impersonal nature of mental formations. 4) Seeing right action as the synthesis of awareness at the conventional and absolute levels of reality. 5) Learning to accept difficult emotions as gateways to learning and insight about ourselves. 6) Acknowledging the internal freedom that results from understanding the impersonal nature of our emotions.
