1) Confronting our suffering 2) Having compassion for those with different values 3) Deconstructing a PTSD attack 4) Coming into acceptance of cancer 5) Recognizing our afflictive mindstates 6) Feeling breaths or counting breaths 7) The difference between emotions and body sensations 8) In mindful eating, is anticipation a form of craving? 9) In mindful walking, is it better not to have a destination? 10) Experiencing “lightness,” “heaviness,” and “stillness”? 11) What does this Zen quote mean: ” I make the absence of Self my sword.”?
